Tender Details
The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) is soliciting proposals from qualified agencies for the Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Initiative (ECMHCI). The goal of ECMHCI is to strengthen parenting skills, support parent-child bonding, and promote child development and healthy outcomes for families. The ECMHCI services shall be delivered in the following City-designated settings: 1) Category 1: Treatment Settings, which include all of the following: a) SUD Residential and Outpatient Treatment Programs; b) ZSFGH Obstetrics Psychiatry, Labor and Delivery, and Postpartum Clinics. 2) Category 2: Shelter Settings, which include all of the following: a) Domestic Violence and Family Shelters located throughout San Francisco. Whether a firm/Proposer has such qualifications will be determined through the evaluation process described in Section III of the RFP.
