Purpose of the tender The aim of the municipality of RijssenHolten as a contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as: Client) is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the delivery and installation of the European Public Tender. of playground equipment for 40 playgrounds in public spaces within the municipal boundaries of RijssenHolten, including 12 months* maintenance and including 10 years' supply of related parts, but excluding work on the subsurface. Citizen participation and sustainability are a crucial part of this assignment. *) Within these 12 months, all imperfections in the work must be immediately repaired at the expense of the intended Contractor, including the associated inspections. Scope The work mainly consists of: Supplying playground equipment; Installing playground equipment; Supplying (loose) parts of/for the playground equipment; Complete care throughout the entire process from design to realization, including the neighborhood participates; Maintenance period for the playgrounds is 12 months.
