The Maastricht UMC+ wishes to conclude an agreement for the delivery of printed matter, spread over two plots. The aim of the assignment is to give efficient, qualitative and cost -effective interpretation to the printing needs of the UMC, with an eye for sustainability and flexibility. TheAgreement is entered into for an initial period of four (4) years with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year. Plot 1: standard/stock printing; This plot includes the delivery of standard printed matter with predetermined specifications and customized printing whereSpecifications per order are determined. In addition, stock items also fall within the scope. The supplier must offer a digital ordering system for order processing, which is linked to an order number made available by the Maastricht UMC+. So customers with regard to customized printingcan order a poster, flyer or other article yourself via the digital environment of the supplier. Stock processes have been set up for stock and warehouse items. An indication of the numbers/current purchase is stated on the price sheet.
