The contracting authority wants to conclude one (1) framework agreement per parcel with a contractor for all the printed matter within CVO by means of a European tender according to a public procedure, where the "registration with the best price-quality ratio" for parcel 1 and where the "registrationWith the lowest price "for plot 2, the starting point is. This assignment is divided into two plots: 1. Printing (corporate identity and promotional): The contracting authority will contract a maximum of one tenderer for parcel 1.
