Request for proposals are invited for EA Organization Chart Automation Platform

Scope of Work for EA Organization Chart Automation Platform
 EA logo to be added in each page + division & sub-division function details.
 Employee grades to be included for each employee.
 Legends to be added for (Permanent & Casual Staff)
 Reporting line/layers to be considered while printing the structure.
 Printing view should be the same as the manual format.
 Printing view should be flexible for addition & deletion while extracting the structure from
 the portal.
 Division wise view should be included in the portal.
 In the dashboard the details of # of staff designation i.e., managers, directors + headcount budget shall be allocated to assist us in addition to the details.
 In the dashboard Etisalat Afghanistan management structure to be visible with each division HOD reporting line.
 The Org. Chart has to be dynamic (including Zoom in/out option) and should not be static to the end-user.
 Org. Chart has to be interactive for the end-user.
 Org. Chart supposed to be integrated with Etisalat ERP system Microsoft Dynamic Ax 2012 A2 (SQL Server Database)

1. Bids are invited from companies of well reputed or their authorized agents/Partners for
EA Organization Chart Automation Platform according to Etisalat Afghanistan
requirements and RFP. The hard bid Documents are available in Etisalat head office and
can be obtained from procurement department of Etisalat Afghanistan and also can be
downloaded from Etisalat website (www.etisalat.af, Tenders).
2. Bids shall be submitted to Etisalat Afghanistan Main Office Ihsan Plaza, Charahi
Shaheed Kabul by 15-August-2021. The bids shall be submitted in sealed envelope or
shall be sent via email.
