The order concerns the supply of office supplies for NS. This consists of the following components: • Weekly delivery of office supplies mainly to our distribution center in Utrecht Overvecht, with a flexible delivery arrangement for incidental pallet deliveries of office paper to one of the other five distribution centers spread across the Netherlands. • A fully functioning web-based ordering and management system (SaaS solution) with which NS can place orders in a user-friendly way, manage and track. • A mobile ordering app with which logistics service employees can easily place orders with barcodes. • An up-to-date punchout catalog managed by the supplier and containing all items
