EA: End of year packages The order concerns the supply to the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter: the Contracting Authority) of physical end-of-year packages for the end-of-year staff compensation of the Contracting Authority to its employees. With the current knowledge, it is expected that approximately 41, 500 traditional end-of-year packages will be purchased during the maximum term of four years under the Framework Agreement; this is a careful estimate. Represents an individual end-of-year package currently a fixed value of €50, - including VAT, for DOSCO €35, - including VAT. It is possible that during the contract period the Ministry of Defense may adjust the amount(s) either up or down, therefore an estimate is made on numbers. The Contracting Authority has made the most careful estimate possible of the size of the Framework Agreement, but the actual purchase is not guaranteed. Depending on the amount of the personal budget per end-of-year package the total value, with the current rates of €35 to €50 per package including VAT, amounts to €1, 735, 500.00 including VAT. Due to uncertainties, the maximum number of end-of-year packages to be purchased may increase to a maximum of twice that amount carefully estimated quantities of 41, 500 units over the term of the Framework Agreement (this is not expected to happen but it could be possible), which amounts to a maximum of 83, 00...
