This tender is aimed at selecting and contracting one supplier who, on behalf of the NS Learning Center, provides emergency response training (company emergency services) for NS employees. Further information about the NS Learning Center, the Vision on Learning, target groups, training location, current working method and definitions are included in the Context Document (Appendix - Context Document). The Assignment includes the integral provision, organization, administration and (further) development of the emergency response training courses within NS, such as further described in the Competency Profiles per course (Appendix - Competency Profiles). The supplier is responsible for both the substantive implementation and the organizational, logistical and administrative handling of all training courses within the scope of this Assignment.
