The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and environmental consultant. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications - Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), code, building envelope, and door hardware. Site Visit(s): The Authority has made arrangements for a site visit for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visit is optional but highly encouraged.
