E301 Piping system Haugesund municipality will convert a former nursing home from the 1980s into a relief center for children and young people (0-18 years). Users are children living at home with various forms of both mental and physical disabilities. In addition to a relief centre, parts of the building must be able to be used as a day care facility for young people/adults when children/young people are at school etc. The client must enter into a contract with one contractor for pipework (E301).
