Description : FREVAR KF will construct a new sewage treatment plant at Øra in Fredrikstad. The new sewage treatment plant will consist of a new building for pre-treatment and bio-treatment, with an administration part, a building for sludge treatment, and two decaying tanks.
The triggering need for the measure is the public administrator's decision to change the permission for Øra treatment plant with new requirements for secondary treatment.
