Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals or groups interested in entering into a management agreement for the Dalrymple Saleyard Canteen for a period of 3 years from the date of acceptance by Council.The successful applicant is to ensure that the venue is open and available to the public on all Council advertised sale days providing breakfast, snack, drink and lunch options and also on the days before each sales day event to provide catering to all applicable Stock Agents and affiliated patron / staff supplying breakfast, lunch and dinner options as required.Details of the proposed agreement are provided with this EOI and are identified as “Saleyards Canteen Management Agreement”. EOI Documents may be obtained by clicking the tab marked ‘Open Tenders- on Councils website: http://www.charterstowers.qld.gov.au/tenders-and-procurement and follow the directions. For first time users will be required to register in the VendorPanel Marketplace to be able to download the documents. Alternatively, hard copies of the documents can be obtained in by contacting Council-s Procurement Team on (07) 47 615416. Expressions of Interests must be lodged either via VendorPanel or by placing in the Tender Box located at Council-s administration centre, 12 Mosman Street, Charters Towers.
