E0001EBE - Arna Fire Station - New technical facility Arna Fire Station is located in Garnesvegen 9, 5260 Indre Arna and is owned and operated by Bergen Municipality. The fire station consists of two levels and a cold attic. Level 1 consists of a carriage hall, storage room, equipment room and offices. Level 2 consists of a living area with bedroom, living room, kitchen, exercise room and gymnasium. The building dates from 1977. The fire station operates 24 hours a day. A new ventilation system will be installed for the carriage hall, as well as a new system in the attic that will serve the residential part and the first floor. There is also projected capacity for an upcoming remodeling project that includes plan 1 in the future. The purpose of the project is to replace existing solutions with more energy-efficient and improved solutions for users. The pre-project period has run from September 2023 to January 2024 and has included user involvement, which has been the basis for the planning. BRA on the building is 1046m2.
