Tender Details

The contract to be awarded involves the provision of a new e-ticketing system with the following features:

- have a cloud solution available at least in a public cloud;

- to have a data and processing infrastructure that must match a complete, secure, Available 24/7 which with the architecture of data and services in a public cloud and, optionally, in a local data center, as well as a recovery plan in case of disasters. This disaster plan to be scripted, operable to order, be testable upon delivery and in a real context at least every 6 months;

- to use the latest technologies in the field of taxation, fleet monitoring, audio-video content distribution and anti -fraud solutions;

Any COTS will have the data exposed by a API Open, and the data is the property of the contracting authority;

- to provide a public web platform for administering ABT and Planning accounts;

- to provide the services offered for citizens as an integral part in the Single Portal Portal Portal Portal Portal Contracting;

- to offer integration with the portal of the City Hall of Timișoara, (cont.primariatm.ro) with single-losign-on (sso) authentication where account.primariatm.ro is the source of the authentication function;
