New Forest District Council (NFDC) is undertaking a programme of kitchen replacement in Local Authority residential housing stock and other owned buildings across the district. The contract is awarded as a single-contractor Framework Agreement for a term of four (4) years?July?2026 -?July?2030?with?an initial?term of 2 years with?option?to extend in 2 x?12 month?phases (subject to performance). Works awarded under the framework agreement will be strictly based upon the authority-s operational demand and available budget funds. There is no guarantee of any business volume or value awarded by the Authority to the preferred contractor.??
