Tender Details

The HUS corporation is requesting offers for the Service control and facility management system with equipment. The subscriber's goal is to put into use the system delivered as a software service with its services and devices. The object of the procurement is described in the attachments of the request for tender. The subscriber's premises have various service instructionsarrangements, including simple ticket machines or self-check-in machines. In addition, there are destinations where there is no service guidance at all. The subscriber chooses the most suitable service control arrangement for his destinations on a case-by-case basis. The service control and space management system integratesn customer and operational control systems used by the subscriber (patient information system, e.g. Abotti). Patient information systems provide e.g. information about reception resources and related personal and appointment information. The integrations are described in more detail in the description of the implementation project in the appendixs in section 3 Planning and implementation of integrations. The offices and organizations using the current service control and space management system are described in the appendix Offices and current equipment. In addition to HUS, the organizations that use it are Kyme's wellness area, to which the subscriber will be offeredan system at your service. In the current solution, there are about 7, 000 professional users and 5 to 8 main users. There are about 800, 000 registrations each year, of which less than 200, 000 are one-time registrations with a shift number. There are about 600, 000 registrations integrated into appointments....
