E-Commerce Portal for the Procurement of Power & Hand Tools and Safety Equipment Scope of Work: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a E-Commerce Portal for the Procurement of Power & Hand Tools and Safety Equipment. The purpose of this RFP is to support SaskPower-s MRO Tool and Safety Equipment Program by establishing an Agreement with a qualified Supplier capable of providing an e-commerce platform or online procurement portal that meets SaskPower-s operational requirements. The selected solution will enable SaskPower to efficiently source and procure power tools, hand tools, and safety equipment on an as-needed basis across multiple locations in Saskatchewan, while enhancing procurement efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality. Contract Length and Payment Type: The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of SaskPower to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s).
