The municipality of Drammen currently uses the e-learning platform to ensure access to competence-enhancing courses in health, social and care. In 2023, more than 5, 600 e-learning courses were completed over the platform distributed over 30's different courses. Overall, just under 2, 000 different people took courses. For more information, see table in Appendix 1. The municipality wants to continue to facilitate systematic knowledge-based e-learning in order to raise the competence for our employees and through this also continuously improve the quality of the service offering.
