Execution of construction works consisting in the removal of identified irregularities in the technical condition of buildings administered by the Municipal Housing Authority, divided into 2 parts: Part 1: ul. Gdaska 66 The subject of the order is to remove the identified irregularities regarding the technical condition of the front multi-family residential building and the left outbuilding located at ul. Gdaska 66 (plot no. 258, precinct P-19) by performing protective works to the extent specified in detail in the technical documentation and in accordance with the decision of PINB No. 786/2025 of October 17, 2025, constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ. The front building is a historic building entered in the register of monuments of the city of Łódź as a residential house and is located in the area protected by the Conservator of Monuments.
