Part No. 1: Kiliskiego 243 Development of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of a residential building with a change of function into an office service building, located in Łódź at ul. Kiliskiego 243 (plot no. 309, area G-4). Complex reconstruction works are planned in terms of new division of premises and replacement of internal installations. As part of the development, the building's residential function should be abandoned; the investor's goal is to create commercial office space. In terms of land development, a project must be prepared hardening of the area, pedestrian routes, design of greenery, small architecture and installations. The building is located in the area protected by the Conservator of Monuments: Osada Nowa Dka 1827. The building is a historic building, the name of the building is Villa Jakub Rafał Meissnera and has an entry in the GEZ.
