Tender Details

1. The order of the contract includes:

a) The subject of the contract is: lease of 15 stationary devices for paying for travel vehicles, together with a system supervising the operation of devices mounted at 15 stops indicated by the Employer for a period of 45 months.

b) detailed Description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 9 to SWZ

c) The Contractor shall meet the subject of the contract in a comprehensive, careful and without additional investment purchases of the Ordering Party.

d) All costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract shall be borne by the contractor.

e) Contractor The offer is accepted by the terms of the contract proposed in the contract template attached to SWZ.

f) The Purchaser does not allow partial offers.

g) The Purchaser does not allow the possibility of submitting a variant offer.

h) The contracting authority informs that it does not provide for complementary orders

i) the ordering party no provides for selecting the best offer using an electronic auction.

j) The Purchaser does not provide for the conclusion of a framework contract.
