The reason for the implementation of the tendering procedure is to ensure flexible and at the same time sufficiently high -quality professional support and advice on the management of existing ICT systems, building new ICT systems and in the award of public procurement, in a situation where the internal personnel capacity of the Ministry of the Interior They will not be sufficient to ensure the required services.

DNS is divided into three categories in accordance with Section 138 (1) of the ZZVZ, namely:

I.Categories: Economic Advisory Services in the field of ICT management of MV

II.Categories: ICT Consulting Services in the field of IT MV IT Systems

III.Category: Counseling in the area of public procurement.

DNS will be introduced for an indefinite period.

The subject of the fulfillment of public procurement awarded in the established DNS for the first category will be mainly the services of economic counseling in the field of ICT systems management.
