The subject of the public contract is the provision of professional capacities in the field of information and communication technologies (hereinafter referred to as "ICT"), both for the internal needs of the Contracting Authority and also for the purpose of fulfilling the Contracting Authority's obligations to the customer based on its needs and assignments. Customer means an entity in the position of customer vis-a-vis the Principal, to whom the Principal supplies goods and provides services, especially in the field of ICT.
