Dynamic purchasing system - purchasing x86 technology
ZZVZ (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"). DNS will be in place for 5 years. The contracting authority assumes the awarding of public contracts in DNS in predetermined irregular intervals depending mainly on the operational needs of the contracting authority.
A similar description of the subject of performance with the required technical specification, including the length of provision of HW/SW maintenance, will always be given in individual calls for tenders within DNS (partial public contracts).
Subject to public performance order is the purchase of x86 server technologies through a dynamic purchasing system.
As part of individual calls for tenders implemented through DNS (partial public procurement), the contracting authority requires the delivery to the place of performance (including transport) of individual types of server technologies (HW and SW components), including their accessories, SW licenses, documents necessary for their use, possibly including HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance, if maintenance is required for a specific partial public order.
The provision of HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance must be provided within server technology manufacturer's service program.
