Dynamic purchasing system - Purchase of hyperconverged infrastructure for the Openshift platform
The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the procurement of hyperconverged infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as "HCI") for the operation of the RedHat Openshift platform or the acquisition of individual HCI components, i.e. purchase of HW and SW components (further just "HCI Components").
The contracting authority requires within the framework of individual calls for submission of tenders within the framework of partial public contracts implemented through DNS (partial public contracts) delivery to the place of fulfillment (including transport) HCI or HCI component, i.e. HW and SW components incl. their accessories, SW licenses, documents necessary for their use (hereinafter referred to as "HCI/HCI Components"), possibly including HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance (hereinafter referred to as "Maintenance"). As part of partial public contracts, the contracting authority may also request the installation and revival of acquired HCI/HCI components, possibly including the installation of SW RedHat Openshift, possibly also including basic functional tests.
The provision of Maintenance must be provided within the service program of the HCI manufacturer/HCI Component.
