Lillestrøm municipality invites tenderers to apply for admission in a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of vehicles. The aim of the scheme is to establish an efficient and flexible procurement process for standardised zero emission vehicles, and at the same time contribute to reducing the climate and environmental impact. This is done by phasing out fossil-driven vehicles and older electric cars in favour of zero-emission vehicles. The scheme comprises procurements of new zero emission vehicles with a permitted total weight of less than 7.5 tons, including passenger cars, goods vans and light lorries. Procurements under the scheme can include trade-in of the existing vehicles that shall be taken out of operation.
