1. The subject of the order is the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter referred to as DSZ) for awarding orders for the supply of construction materials to organizational units of the Polish Waters State Water Management. 2. Subject of the order under DSZ has been divided into four categories: Category No. 1 - Delivery of building materials, Category No. 2 - Delivery of electrical goods and lighting, Category No. 3 - Delivery of fittings, plumbing and water and sewage supplies, Category No. 4 - Delivery hand tools and accessories. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting applications to participate in the DSZ for one, several or all Categories. 3. Expected quantities of materials specified in the description of the subject of the order, broken down into individual ones The categories are approximate. The qualification of Contractors to the DSZ in individual Categories does not constitute the basis for claims for deliveries in the quantities indicated in the description of the subject of the order, because at this stage of the validity of the DSZ, none of the the parties do not assume any obligation. Specific quantities of materials in individual Categories will be indicated each time at the stage of initiating procedures for awarding contracts covered by the DSZ. 4. Procedures for awarding implementation orders under The established DSZ in all Categories may be managed by individual Regional Water Management Boards.
