(1) The subject of the order of the Dynamic Purchasing System ('DSZ') are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and other forest services to be performed in the Barlinek, Bolewice, Skwierzyna forest districts, provided for to be commissioned during the period for which the DSZ is established.

(2) The ordering party's goal is to ensure a wide range of contractors who will be invited to submit offers for the implementation of individual, partial procurement, thus ensuring the continuity of public procurement in the field of forestry throughout the duration of the DSZ.
