Yleisradio Oy (hereafter Yle) establishes a dynamic procurement system in which expert resources and services for artificial intelligence and machine learning and data processing are procured, and in addition, the technology required to deliver the services can also be procured. The organizations that provide the services in questioniots can submit participation applications to the dynamic procurement system throughout its duration.
Yle accepts all applicants who have submitted a participation application and meet the suitability requirements set for bidders into the system. The suitability requirements are described in the ESPD form and in the sections Other conditions of the tender request" and "Procurement object criteria". Procurements are made within the dynamic procurement system with separate tender requests.
The duration of the dynamic procurement system is 48 months. The first procurements are planned to be carried out 30 days after the establishment of the systemsta.
