The object of this dynamic acquisition system, hereinafter SDA, is the school transportation service in the Valles Oriental region to achieve the following objectives: a) Select the natural or legal persons that will be able to provide the school transportation service. b) Fix the general conditions of award and execution to which the specific contracts of the SDA will have to adjust. The purpose of the Valles Oriental school transport service is to travel to a centre, public or subsidized private, ordinary or special education for those students who do not have an educational offer at their level in the municipality of residence and have to attend school outside their municipality, and those students who, despite having an educational offer at their level in the municipality of residence, for reasons of dispersion or special circumstances, are advisable to move them. Likewise, non-university post-compulsory education students can use the Valles Oriental school transport service depending on the availability of free places. Taking into account the diverse healthcare needs of the students of the Valles Oriental school transport service, for the purposes of this SDA the following types of vehicles are differentiated: A1) Ordinary vehicle with up to 8 seats: Vehicle with up to 8 seats (category M1) intended for the ordinary transport of users of the service.
