Request for commercial proposals for the purchase of dyes and technological additives for the production of polyethylene film Ergopak LLC conducts a collection of commercial proposals for the supply of dyes and technological additives for the production of polyethylene film and invites manufacturers and suppliers to submit their price offers. The average monthly volumes indicated in the documentation are given exclusively for the calculation of the commercial offer and are not a guarantee of the actual purchase volume. Based on the results of the consideration of the received of offers, Ergopak LLC will form a list of qualified suppliers who will be invited to participate in the next stage of procurement — a closed tender. Basic commercial conditions 1. Price offer, provide a price on the terms of DDP, Kaniv, Cherkasy region; specify the minimum volume of delivery on DDP terms; separately provide the price on EXW terms with an indication of the location of shipment; specify the validity period of the commercial offer. 2. Samples for testing It is desirable to provide free samples for production testing in quantity at least 5 kg for each proposed position; please indicate in the commercial offer the number of samples (kg) that the supplier is willing to provide free of charge for testing for each position. 3. Terms of payment Desired payment delay — at least 30 calendar days; the participant must indicate the proposed terms of payment and the maximum possible payment delay period. 4. Technical documentation For each proposed position it is necessary to provide: quality certificate; technical documentation (TDS or similar document); recommended dosage and main technical characteristics of the product. 5.
