The City of Bloomington (“City”) is seeking qualifications for construction manager at risk (“CMAR”) services for a new clubhouse at Dwan Golf Course (“Project”). The selected CMAR firm will work with the City-s Project team, comprised of City staff and stakeholders, consultants, and the City-s contracted architectural/engineering firm to construct a new golf clubhouse facility located at Dwan Golf Course at 3301 West 110th Street in the City of Bloomington. The City intends to utilize CMAR as its construction delivery process for the Project.
