Asphalt maintenance - dynamic procurement system These provisions on tenders and applications contain a description of the procedure for admission to and use of the dynamic procurement system. The tender is called "DV_BEL.DIS.ASF.UDBUD.001 Asphalt maintenance - dynamic purchasing system" The dynamic purchasing system is used by the Ordering Party to enter into contract agreements for ongoing asphalt maintenance with follow-up work, incl. traffic management and new/remarking of the lane markings (road stripes, symbols and similar). The ordering party sends per e-mail an invitation to tender to the companies included in the dynamic purchasing system (called participants). The ordering party is not obliged to use the dynamic purchasing system in connection with procurement of asphalt works and can also choose not to use the dynamic procurement system. A more detailed description of the individual purchases of asphalt maintenance will appear in the individual calls for tenders. Reference is also made to the dynamic procurement system paradigms for a closer understanding of the intended tendered purchases. After admission, the company can participate in tendering for all calls for tenders, provided that the minimum requirements that apply to the specific call for submission of tenders, is fulfilled.
