The award procedure used is an open call for tenders, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. There is no provision for division into lots since the subject of the contract is not does not allow the identification of distinct services: The services constitute a homogeneous and interdependent whole. The dusting of documents must be coordinated with the dusting of the shelves. Thus, the progress of the execution of services and checking that documents are properly stored in stores after dusting must be imperative and very closely coordinated, and can only be entrusted to a single service provider for all of the services. This is a framework agreement single-awardee without minimum threshold and with maximum threshold giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 01/08/2026 or its notification date if later. It is then renewable 3 times, under the conditions described below.
