Tender Details

During the last few years, there have been several incidents and falls of pedestrians at different points of the affected sidewalks, some of which have resulted in property claims against the City Council arising from the poor state of the public road. Likewise, the presence of grasses and areas without adequate urbanisation, generates problems of sanitation and urban maintenance. For this reason, it is considered necessary to carry out consistent actions, among others, in:  The removal of trees, stumps and roots that They obstruct the passage or damage the sidewalks,  The refilling of rocks,  The demolition and regularization of deteriorated concrete bases,  The replacement and reconstruction of pavements and sidewalks,  The execution of sections of sidewalk pending completion,  The placement of Pavements and Curbs,  And the General Improvement of Accessibility and Safety Conditions of Public Space. The Project Plans to Intervene Approximately on a Total Surface of 4, 097.00 M² of Sidewalks.
