Description : DUNTUGTO-LEHTEY FMR IMPROVEMENT
TINOC-2026-055
1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY-2026-20% LDF 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DUNTUGTO-LEHTEY FMR IMPROVEMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for DUNTUGTO-LEHTEY FMR IMPROVEMENT. Completion of the Works is required until 24 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
