Combined synopsis/solicitation the mission and installation contracting command (micc) - dugway proving ground is issuing an invitation for bid, to award a single, firm fixed-price contract requires the following: furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary repair by replacement of roof-top hvac units bldg. 4531 (ditto area) dugway, utah. The scope of work includes the following: 1. Replace the existing roof-top mounted hvac units (40 ton and 25 ton). Replacement will include, but may not be limited to, removal of the existing units, placement of new units, connection of the units to the existing ductwork, associated electrical work, controls, and testing and balancing of the system. 2. Test and balance the magnitude of construction of this project is between $500, 000 and $1, 000, 000. The naics code is 236220 and the size standard is $36m. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in far part 14 sealed bidding. Closing date is30 june 2019. A pre-proposal site visit meeting will be held at dugway, utah, and the exact date, time and location is noted in solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for service disabled veteran-owned small business concerns only; no large business bids will be accepted for this procurement.
