Please note that due to the Govt shutdown I have incorporated DFARS 252.232-7998 OBLIGATIONS IN ADVANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 2026 FUNDING (OCT 2025) (DEVIATION 2026-O0001).
DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure, DUCT, FLEXIBLE manufactured in accordance with material specifications. The solicitation will be issued as; 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to:
