Sub-agreement 1 - repeated orthophoto Sub-agreement 2 - Lidar measurement Sub-agreement 3 - detailed orthophoto The Road Directorate has strategically assessed that the service is best purchased on market terms rather than employing employees, as the task requires specialist skills or special professional competences that are not present in the Road Directorate. In addition, the service requires drones or aircraft depending on the project areas sizes. The Roads Directorate estimates that in the future there will be a greater need for the services and that they must be carried out with a higher frequency, and in the near future we are faced with the start of several larger projects. Entering into a framework agreement covering the services is considered necessary. The services covered by the framework agreement consist of 3 partial agreements with services within: 1. Repeated orthophoto of the Road Directorate's projects during the construction phase incl. various supplementary services 2. Point clouds recorded with LIDAR incl. simultaneous orthophoto. 3.
