Three lots on this market:

• Lot 1: Processing and Triage of technical incidents N0 and N1 (flat rate lot)

• Lot 2: Processing and sorting of USER requests on the support portal (flat rate batch)

• Lot 3: Center of excellence (multi-award lot with subsequent contracts)

Lot 1 - Processing and Triage of technical incidents N0 and N1

This lot is committed to results on a service model single-award flat rate.

This lot covers the supervision and triage of N0/N1 technical incidents, with an objective of speed and relevance in directing tickets to the right teams. It includes the automation of sorting mechanisms, the reduction of IS noise, and support products towards the You Build It, You Run It (YBIYRI) standard to strengthen their operational autonomy and continuous improvement.
