Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Dsc Parking Deck Maintenance & Repairs To The Dalton State College (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. The Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Tools And Equipment To Perform All The Work Shown On The Drawings And Called For In The Specifications Entitled Dalton State College Parking Garage Maintenance And Repairs, As Prepared By Williamson & Associates, Inc, Who Is Referred To In The Bidding Documents As The Design Professional. It Is The Intent And It Is Hereby Agreed That The Contractor Shall Perform All Work Covered By The Contract Documents.
