This is a combined synopsis/solicitation as unrestricted/full and open for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26225Q1073The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, Los Angeles, CA 90073 has a requirement for a drying storage cabinet and its installation service. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located in 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073. Shipping term is FOB Destination; all shipping cost must be included on each unit cost.NOTE: Potential offers must be aware that the items being acquired are procured as Brand Name or Equal. For those items that are or equal, a description of the salient characteristics is outlined under B.2 Statement of Work. The FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. It is offeror s responsibility to demonstrate its offer meeting the salient physical, and functional characteristics included in this solicitation. If the offer does NOT demonstrate, the offer will be considered non-responsive.
