Tenders are invited for Dry Docking for SkyPier Pontoons at Dockyard and Temporary Berthing Services at SkyPier .

Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com to download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission. The applicants can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if the applicants hold a Registered Account. A tender briefing and site walk are scheduled at 9:00 am on 20 March 2019 at Room 1A, 1/F, HKIA Tower. Please complete the application form in ePROS website and submit it via ePROS website on or before 12:00 noon on 15 March 2019 to register for the tender briefing.
Tenders in response to the Letter of Invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted via our ePROS Website as per the instructions set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 5 April 2019 (Hong Kong time).
All costs and expenses incurred by the applicants for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
