This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the supply of dry cleaning, laundry services, and alteration services to the Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) and the Region of Waterloo (ROW). This contract requires the Contractor to tag garments on Regional premises, pick up garments to be cleaned, dry clean and/or launder garments as indicated in the specifications including minor or major repairs and return the cleaned garments to each respective site. The Waterloo Regional Police Service is the lead on the tender and is issuing it on behalf of the Grand River Cooperative Procurement Group (GRCPG) which includes the Region of Waterloo. The term of this contract is for one (1) year commencing July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025 with four (4) one (1) year options to renew.
