In the first step, candidates fill out this participation application, in connection with which they submit the required information security commitment with attachments (confidentiality commitments as an attachment). In addition to the data security commitment, candidates must complete this request for proposals the requirements set for the candidates in section Eligibility requirements. In the second step, the actual tender letter is sent directly to those bidders who have submitted an application for participation and meet the suitability requirements set for the candidates. The request for tender material is collected in the customer's project bank, to which rights are given to the tenderers' contact persons (the signatories of confidentiality agreements, which may be one or more).
