Under this contract, the successful proponent will be responsible for all general core services outlined in Schedule A, as well as additional scope related to major compressor overhauls. Documents
The Town operates two (2) Mycom N4MII reciprocating compressors equipped with VFD‑compatible 60 HP motors. As part of the contract, the contractor will also be required to complete scheduled compressor overhauls as follows:
Compressor #1 - Overhaul required in 2026
Compressor #2 - Overhaul required in 2027
This contract will be for a three (3)‑year term, covering both the general refrigeration services and the planned compressor overhaul work.
