Object of the order: MEDICATIONS II - described in detail in Annex 2 to this SWZ - individual packages. 2. Detailed description of the item order, the description of the ordering party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance is set out in: - appendices no. 2 and 3 to the SWZ. 3. The requirements specified in at least one document constituting annexes to the SWZ will be binding for the Contractor as if they were included in all documentation. 4. Quantities provided in the assortment and price forms (specify the basic order - without taking into account options). The final value of the subject of the contract will be determined based on the actual order quantity resulting from the actual order quantity the Ordering Party's demand, multiplied by the unit price, provided that the minimum level of implementation of the Agreement will not be less than 70% of the maximum value of the basic order, without taking into account the value of the order covered by the option right and The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims for failure to perform the Agreement above this level.
