Medicines from the B.29 drug program described in detail in Annex 2 to this SWZ - individual packages. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, description of requirements the ordering party in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified in: - Annexes No. 2 and 3 to the SWZ. 3. The requirements specified in at least one document constituting annexes to the SWZ will be binding for the Contractor as if they were included in the entire documentation. 4. Quantities provided in the assortment and price forms (specify the basic order - without taking into account options). The final value of the subject of the contract will be determined on the basis of the actual quantity of the order resulting from the actual order quantity the Ordering Party's demand, multiplied by the unit price, provided that the minimum level of implementation of the Agreement will not be less than 70% of the maximum value of the basic order, without taking into account the value of the order covered by the option right and The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims for failure to perform the Agreement above this level.
