Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the regular supply of goods: Medicines of ATC group B01-Antithrombotics, B021-Antihemorrhagics, including transport to the place of filling to the hospital pharmacy of the public contracting authority in the position of buyer based on the issued orders and under the conditions specified in the framework agreement during itsduration. Medicines that the applicant submits in their offer in the public tender must meet the requirements of the public contracting authority, meet the required criteria according to the applicable legislation and according to the registration decision, be delivered in original packaging.

The subject of the order is divided into 16 parts, but due todue to the time and administrative complexity of listing all parts in the public procurement notice and subsequently in the public procurement result notice, this fact is not mentioned in the notice.
