Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR PHO-INFECTIOUS DISEASE PROGRAMS USE
IB NO. GSH 2026-082
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Six Pesos Only (Php 2, 998, 836.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Drugs and Medicines for PHO-Infectious Disease Programs Use. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - BAC for Health now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
